Evercare™ Solutions for Caregivers

Knowing where to turn and how to get help can be a time-consuming and stressful job. Evercare™ Solutions for Caregivers is an innovative program designed to help you—the caregiver. We can help you obtain personalized expert advice and assistance for the important needs of your loved one. We can help reduce your anxiety and empower you to continue to support your loved one while also taking care of your own health and personal needs.

Evercare™ Solutions for Caregivers is a National care management service. Our Care Advocates provide expert advice and help guide you through the complexity of choices to best manage your loved one's changing medical and non-medical needs. In-person evaluations can be performed to determine a plan of care and assist in coordination of services.

Evercare™ Solutions for Caregivers can be purchased directly from Evercare. This program may also be a resource provided to you through your employer's health care benefit plan. Ask your employer, spouse's employer or group retiree benefit manager if you have caregiving services in your health plan.
