Satisfaction Survey

At the heart of what we do are our Nurse Practitioners and Care Managers. Their commitment to personalized health care truly makes a difference—for the families we serve and the health care professionals we work with. In return, families and physicians alike give us high marks for communicating effectively, visiting patients frequently and retaining our valued employees.

In a 2005 surveyA conducted by an independent research organization and commissioned by Evercare, 97% of responsible parties (primarily family members of nursing home patients) said they were satisfied with Evercare plans and services. And 89% said they were definitely or very likely to recommend Evercare plans and services to family or friends.

Health care professionals also rank us highly. Of the nearly 700 physicians who responded to a recent Evercare satisfaction surveyB, 88% rated their overall satisfaction with Evercare plans and services as "very satisfied" or "satisfied." Nearly 90% reported overall satisfaction with Evercare Nurse Practitioners. And 83% rated Evercare health plans as "Significantly Better" or "Better" than other plans in their office.

BSurvey conducted by Evercare November 26, 2004 through January 7, 2005. Approximately 600 primary care physicians and specialists responded.
